Did you know that it takes the average student 21 repetitions to master a math fact? Does your student groan at the sight of a flashcard box? The brain must have much input or "instruction" before it is able to successfully output information. This class delivers this input through visual cards, stress-free auditory exercises, and fun-filled games. Many of the activities are inspired by neuro-developmental practices. Over a two week period, the students will be immersed in seven multiplication facts. In order to achieve long-term retention, the parent must be willing to commit to 10 minutes a day at home for 5 days each week. By the end of the course, your student should be proficient at the facts zero through nine, and have a beginning knowledge of division. Since the mastery of multiplication facts are an essential building block to success in higher-level math courses, you student will benefit by this confidence building course.
